Great coworkers that really want to make change and improvements to the business. Remote work, okay benefits
Cons
Women are not treated equally or fairly here and often those who continually make mistakes are kept and those who were laid off were doing good and effective work to make all departments thrive. Benefits could continually be better and no one feels like the company is on solid ground at this time.
