The majority of the employees are very passionate about the gaming and streaming industry. There are employees worldwide and they offer many different perspectives to everyday tasks. Cons
Employees are across the globe so there could be time/culture differences when trying to complete projects. Since it is a high-growth company, be prepared to issue spot on a daily basis, rather than being told what tasks to do. If you identify an issue and think it should be changed, be prepared to justify why and provide solutions (or be prepared to know who can assist in coming up with solutions).
