Pros
The level of organization and resources at StreamElements is really impressive for a company that has been around for just a few years. Everyone working remotely has reflected in productivity from employees and I never personally had trouble reaching anyone about anything at any time. The company goals are strong and I can see that leadership is thinking long-term
Cons
The only cons sometimes can be if you need something very very urgent and the person who can help you is in a different time zone and is unavailable. This rarely happens as the timelines and processes are respected 99% of the time
