Pros

I’ve never had so much anxiety and depression in my life. Everyone trashes everyone. Even senior adults. You seriously can’t trust anyone. You’re a robot thetr and they’re replacing everyone cutting jobs overloading everyone .. the attendance rules are a joke. If you have kids sick good luck. NO mercy. Even ppl who had a death they don’t excuse it. There are days that are fantastic and days where I’m knowing I’m not where I should be… somewhere classier. I have a great supervisor but they rotate them and most are awful. I’ve had a couple jobs b4 this and wish this never happened. The place rips your body apart and they won’t take care of you. Trust that. If you have any self esteem and pride stretch your dollars doing something you love. I cannot stress it enough. Before you’re there so long like me you don’t know where to go to find something even close to my pay.

Cons

See above I did it wrong. Pros. Money. Benefit. Bonuses. 401k, profit sharing, works w Fmla ok, disability insurance is just ok, you’ll always have a roof over your head and food to eat. Just make sure you’re happy doing it this way.

Cons

Leadership effectiveness appears inconsistent, with management styles that lean heavily toward micromanagement. Expectations placed on dealer partners are often perceived as unrealistic, creating strain across relationships. Interdepartmental communication lacks alignment, which can result in confusion and inefficiencies. Compensation does not always reflect workload or performance. In some cases, employees may find themselves mentoring colleagues in higher pay bands, which can impact morale. There has been discussion of incorporating AI-driven training tools in lieu of traditional coaching support, raising concerns about investment in human development. Advancement opportunities can appear opaque, and promotion decisions are not always perceived as merit-based. Feedback culture may at times feel overly critical rather than developmental. Instances of public criticism during sales calls have contributed to lower team morale. Cross-functional disagreements among senior leaders occasionally play out in visible ways, which can affect organizational cohesion. Overall, there is a perception among some employees that speaking candidly about concerns carries professional risk, contributing to a cautious workplace culture.
