Pros
As long as a North American employee can focus on products in the Americas (Mexico, Canada, and the U.S.), such as working at Chelsea Proving Grounds or CTC, even interacting with our folks in Italy, all is GREAT.
Cons
French Leadership has created systems and a drain on resources that lead to less-than-efficient processes and reduced confidence of quality. In addition, I was told directly that, for each of us in the U.S., they can hire 10 to 15 people in Morocco and Mexico, which is why I chose to leave (they had me training 10 folks, wonderful people, in Morocco and Mexico to do my job...)
