      Pros

      Get to work with people from multiple domains and get to meet some dedicated people. You will learn a lot in short time.

      Cons

      Unorganized, chaotic, too much time spent in meetings, lack of clear line of sight with the management. Some people just do PowerPoints and order people to get results no matter what without providing resources. Poor communication, and old and cumbersome processes waste time in prototyping.

      This is a company where you can learn a lot if you are willing to take initiative. There are many talented people you can connect with who are willing to help you improve and do your job better. I also believe there is a real opportunity to regain stability and grow professionally.

      Cons

      There are still some organizational challenges, including unclear ownership in certain areas and a high level of uncertainty. The onboarding process could also be improved, as it mainly focuses on general company benefits and HR information, rather than providing role-specific training or guidance for the actual job responsibilities.
