Pros
Paid training, great location and on the bus route. I also really liked my co-workers and the break room was top notch.
Cons
Cheap benefits, no profit or performance bonus, no rsp matching. I also didn't like how you were continuously criticized on performance and those who excelled didn't receive performance incentives.
