Pros
they took all complaints and handled them appropriately. They give incentive and kudos, they are a very fair company to work for and offer overtime.
Cons
They make you work holidays and are graded off of one phone call, that could have been a bad call which I don't feel gives an overall grade of the type of customer service you are providing.
