      Great coworkers, never a dull moment, helpful training, good supervisors for the most part, better than average benefits for area, new management

      Not really a con, but you need to be able to adapt to change quickly

      The team was very helpful Open door policy Training was great

      Cons

      When business slowed down we were released from the phones, so we did not get to work full 8 hours
