      Paid training. Decent starting wage. Nice training staff. Great co-workers.

      Cons

      Low long term wage. Expensive benefits. Poor insurance. Management isn't always nice. Customers screaming at you all day. Very strict policies. Boring down time. Horrible work schedules for some.

      The team was very helpful Open door policy Training was great

      Cons

      When business slowed down we were released from the phones, so we did not get to work full 8 hours
