      Experience for newbie but for growth and the people I dont think so

      Schedule and the people in Sales esp. my TL who freaking doesnt know everything about the account. Management as well.

      The team was very helpful Open door policy Training was great

      Cons

      When business slowed down we were released from the phones, so we did not get to work full 8 hours
