Pros
Weekends off most of the time and decent pay. They will move you if a contract you are on ends instead of letting you go.
Cons
Hard to get in contact with anyone outside of your current manager. Constantly shifting rules and regulations. Can get fired pretty easily and is little to no paid time off. Extremely difficult to get an approved day off.
