Pros
The supervisors and management are very friendly and very helpful. They offer paid time off and pretty decent benefits for the type of job. They do pretty well with Holiday pay and VTO.
Cons
Scheduling is outsourced to another country which caused massive issues when schedules were coming in messed up. Citrix was also a pain to deal with. Finally some of the tools that require licenses, some of the licenses would be taken away from one program and given to another.
