      Pros

      A honest laid back culture, and a great community feeling. The facilities are clean, but a little dimly lit. The support staff is wonderful.

      Cons

      Everything is a little chaotic, and the training doesn't completely prepare you for your job.

      The team was very helpful Open door policy Training was great

      When business slowed down we were released from the phones, so we did not get to work full 8 hours
