      It pays well and depending on your supervisor and team it can be a great working experience.

      Calls can be back to back, and startek is always worried about losing a client, training is inadequate

      The team was very helpful Open door policy Training was great

      When business slowed down we were released from the phones, so we did not get to work full 8 hours
