Pros
Company does provide adaquate training and try to make it interesting. Also have some awesome supervisors. There is a chance for growth depending on the client.
Cons
Because the company is a third party vendor, there can be conflict with clients. Also there have been times when Starteks systems and client systems had issues. They were resolved but still a pain. This is a call center so does have the usual call center drawbacks
