Pros
Pay rate and benefits package were decent. Company paid for training as needed. Excellent coworkers who strive to do their best.
Cons
No job security. When things slow down, company is quick to cut rather than find solutions to keep people working. High management turnover (which should tell you something). No job description, no mentorship for new employees. No one tells you how to do something correctly, only criticizing your work after you make mistakes. Management does a poor job of managing work and employees to keep them all busy. The company only views you in terms of your billable hours; even if you are doing other work which benefits the organization (such as proposal writing and technical initiatives), if your hours billed to actual project work falls below a certain minimum, you are in trouble.
