* full of politics * nobody cares about your goals - there are some stupid forms to be filled but it's to fool you around. * loyalty matter none * bad energy * nervous and cranky senior admin stuff * you're let go - when? Maybe a few seconds from reading this text * absolutely no feeling of being worthy for the team for the company and everything * if there are happy employees there; all right! They're part of a gang! * managers with ZERO sense of humor, ZERO leadership skills and ZERO charisma * very stressful atmosphere when the budget goes south - of course; that's not a bad thing :)
