      15% Discounts and a benefits package. Can be a fun place to work, if you like your co workers.

      Cons

      You don't get positive feedback. The managers expect 110% everyday and give no incentives. You can earn a raise only once a year and it will only be 4% of your current wages. Even if you let upper management that you are interested in growing within the company they nod and let you sit idle in your current position, because its easier than finding someone to replace you.

      Pros

      Friendly environment getting paid every week. I enjoy working with my coworkers

      Cons

      I have been working with the company for years since 2019. I have seen some good mangers and seen better days with it. I am not a big fan of the current management the assistant store manger is fine. But both the store manger and service manger has room for improvement. I noticed that they have favorites with employees. My direct manger doesn’t interact with me enough but is social butterfly to everyone else this is like a high school vibe.
