I enjoy the feeling of happiness and satisfaction with the quality of produce at Sprouts Market. I continuosly feel happy when i am there.

I have been working with the company for years since 2019. I have seen some good mangers and seen better days with it. I am not a big fan of the current management the assistant store manger is fine. But both the store manger and service manger has room for improvement. I noticed that they have favorites with employees. My direct manger doesn’t interact with me enough but is social butterfly to everyone else this is like a high school vibe.
