Pros

Quarterly bonus (only if certain goals are met), employee discount (could be better, 15% isn't bad but groceries are more affordable elsewhere), some of the coworkers are good to be around

Cons

Sprouts doesn't keep long-term employees pay competitive with new hires and pushes back when that is requested, certain positions in the store can leave you trapped without opportunity of advancement, getting passed over on internal opportunities because of favoritism and cronyism so if you don't rub elbows with the toxic upper management you don't get to move up, everyone at the store level is severely underpaid and overworked. Sprouts loves to take away hours and push the people that are there to their breaking point instead of providing additional labor and allowing for more hiring to occur. New hires are consistently brought in being offered $2-6 more per hour than employees that have been there for literally decades, mentioning this twice because that is how much of an issue it is. It's Austin, nobody can afford to live on their own and sprouts seems to intentionally keep their employees at the poverty level so their higher ups get a few extra thousands in bonuses.

Pros

The Pro would be WEEKLY PAY and Sprouts has a great selection of Healthy foods. CUSTOMERS need to realize it is NOT a grocery store that sells the typical BRANDS sold in other major grocery stores, SPROUTS is a SPECIALTY HEALTH STORE! DON"T shop there if you're looking for KELLOGG's, etc.

Cons

The Cons are very low pay for the job postion, raise % is ridiculous. Hours are scarce. Need multiple jobs on this pay and little hours, to live.
