Pros
Decent pay, company itself had great things in place. Team Member appreciation was a nice thing, little gifts etc. I'd hope another location with proper management could be a great place to work.
Cons
Execution at the Southlake, Texas, location was/is still awful. Management on all levels does more delegating than actual work. Managers can get away with tardiness, while others are reprimanded. They put management-level tasks onto lower-level employees. When they actually work, they're half as fast as the people who make less than them. Not Leaders In my Opinion
