Some management has complex instead of wanting to work as a team in a positive way however most management is great

The Pro would be WEEKLY PAY and Sprouts has a great selection of Healthy foods. CUSTOMERS need to realize it is NOT a grocery store that sells the typical BRANDS sold in other major grocery stores, SPROUTS is a SPECIALTY HEALTH STORE! DON"T shop there if you're looking for KELLOGG's, etc.

The Cons are very low pay for the job postion, raise % is ridiculous. Hours are scarce. Need multiple jobs on this pay and little hours, to live.
