Hypocritical management with a history of quiet firing. Hollow belief in their own values. They preach coaching to everyone, but senior management doesn’t do it. Senior Management doesn’t have time to help people because they have 8 hours of their own work to do. It’s apparent people don’t matter. For example, their hardline on returning to the office was ill conceived and ran roughshod over people without even looking at job descriptions where people were hired as remote workers. Workloads are a joke and they’ll tell you it’s just the speed of retail but it is really just understaffing to save money.
