Cons
Management Sucks, they are after you for every little thing.... and looking to write you up so they look like they're doing something.. No human being appreciation for Techs... I don't know for Engineers and other position, but if your a tech, your nothing over there. - You work 10 Hours a day minimum and still if you come 1 minute late, your the bad guy - No 401K, They will offer u a Stock reward around 4 to 8K.. that you get if you spend 5 years working for them and That's it. - Bad treatment from management, if they see u looking at your phone for a minute, they will write you up.... as well if you decide to open a google page..... they want u to work 10 hours like a robot... and in the other side you can see them just running around. - They let the Lead tech do the management.. like what task your going to do. and good luck if you he doesn't like you .... The management care only about what he says to them - We have two lead mans with limited experience, no bachelor degree and no seniority, and in the other hand there is other Tech with seniority, A&P license and aerospace background that did not get that promotion... and the only reason I can see is there color..
