Pros
Payment is higher than other manufacturers in Japan but thats about it. Being part of Sony group, the culture is more open to new things but compared to other group companies, it is very conservative.
Cons
It used to enjoy massive budgets when business was booming. However, growth prospects are dwindling in recent years and costs are being cut. There are many smart people but I wouldn't call them wise.
