Pros
-Working in the comfort of our own home -I get greater flexibility in my schedule and my day-to-day life is easier to manage -No more proximity and time-consuming commute issues -I love the people /workmates here in support shepherd; compassionate, understanding, very caring, easy to work with
Cons
- you just don't get to see your workmates on a daily basis which is nicer. (but on the good side, they always make it up by having a team building)
