Thank you for sharing your thoughts about your experience as an interpreter. Your role provided the opportunity to bridge language gaps and facilitate communication across different areas of the business. This is an incredibly valuable skill. We are sorry to hear that you felt there were limited chances for growth. We wish you the best in the next step of your career journey.
I think if you land on the right team, this is a decent operation. The base salary is decent for a similar role and the commission plan isn't complicated. Very straight forward
Cons
Training is a joke. Leadership is a joke. Benefits are a joke. Structure is a joke. Who your direct supervisor is will make or break the experience and unfortunately they have promoted people to "VP" roles that are severely unqualified to lead a blind man through a lit hallway, much less lead a team of sales people. I would proceed with extreme caution.
