Pros

The fast-paced day-to-day activities allow you to learn quickly and develop problem-solving skills, communication, and productivity. The team is generally very energetic and contributes to your learning, you can feel the fellowship, they are very human sensed. The company takes care of keeping a good environment by creating activities and gifts for their employees. The branches all look very clean and neat. It also has a lot of perks such as bonuses for the gym, courses you can take, and you can even volunteer for nice causes with them, they also have wellness programs to help employees cope with the daily tasks, a lot of team building activities... oh and the Christmas parties are a bang! hahaha The C level of the company is noticeably involved in the company's development. You feel them very close, and that makes you feel good too.

Cons

To get a problem solved usually you have to go through a lot of people and/or takes a while to get it resolved You can notice the organizational structure is not well defined since there are a lot of people underqualified to be in some positions that demand more competence and there's not always a career path. And this leads to a lack of professionalism in some people

Pros

I think if you land on the right team, this is a decent operation. The base salary is decent for a similar role and the commission plan isn't complicated. Very straight forward

Cons

Training is a joke. Leadership is a joke. Benefits are a joke. Structure is a joke. Who your direct supervisor is will make or break the experience and unfortunately they have promoted people to "VP" roles that are severely unqualified to lead a blind man through a lit hallway, much less lead a team of sales people. I would proceed with extreme caution.
