Pros

*Te dan PC (bastante medio pelo pero sirve) para trabajar, monitor, headset y mouse. *Pagan relativamente a tiempo (antes del 10) *Los supervisores suelen ser piola pq hace mil encuestas al mes para evaluarlos entonces nadie quiere que lo funen y son muy buena onda

Cons

*Sueldos muy bajos *Trackean cada minuto de conexion y miden tu productividad con una app que para anda se condice con el trabajo de cada uno. *Cursos obligatorios de IT nivel jardin de niños. *Se creen una "People First" company pero si tenes algun problema/duda nunca sabes con quien hablar y terminas no resolviendo nada *Los que trabajan Presencial tienen un monton de beneficios que los q trabajamos remoto solo vemos por IG (sorteos, regalos, bonos, dias festivos, etc) *Al finalizar el contrato tenes que devolver el equipo y recien una vez revisado por IT te liberan el sueldo. Sueldo que ellos disponen lo que tienen ganas de pagarte, no es el mes completo aunque hayas estado disponible durante todo ese tiempo. *El "contrato" no menciona muchas cosas que ellos dan "por entendidas" como el derecho de decidir cuanto te van a liquidar cuando te vas y se escudan con eso *Por mas que te quejes, a nadie le importa *Ni un Wallpaper te ponen en la PC jajaja

There are endless opportunities to attract new business, and you’re representing a product that truly delivers value to business owners while helping them save money.

Cons

Sales requires consistency, resilience, and discipline every single day. If you’re looking for quick wins without putting in the effort, this probably isn’t the right place for you. There’s definitely a learning curve at the beginning, and you need to stay self motivated to succeed.

Pros

I think if you land on the right team, this is a decent operation. The base salary is decent for a similar role and the commission plan isn't complicated. Very straight forward

Cons

Training is a joke. Leadership is a joke. Benefits are a joke. Structure is a joke. Who your direct supervisor is will make or break the experience and unfortunately they have promoted people to "VP" roles that are severely unqualified to lead a blind man through a lit hallway, much less lead a team of sales people. I would proceed with extreme caution.
