Pros

No Pros to Highlight for this position

Cons

Despite consistently positive feedback during all one-on-one meetings and no indications of dissatisfaction, the client unexpectedly decided to terminate the contract without providing any clear justification. This lack of transparency was concerning, especially since it later became evident that the decision had been planned weeks in advance. No warning, performance concerns, or operational feedback were shared at any point. Instead, the termination was communicated just one day before the end date. Additionally, the operational issues cited were outside of my control, yet they were never discussed in real-time. This created an environment where honest communication was missing and made it difficult to build trust or take corrective action. The suddenness and lack of clarity reflected poorly on the client’s professionalism and respect for contracted partners.

Pros

Like everything in life, you get what you put in. If you’re ready to give 100%, this is the place where there are no limits to what you can achieve or how much you can earn as a sales rep. The results are directly tied to the effort, if you’re not seeing success, it means you’re not putting in the work. It’s that simple. There are endless opportunities to attract new business, and you’re representing a product that truly delivers value to business owners while helping them save money.

Cons

Sales requires consistency, resilience, and discipline every single day. If you’re looking for quick wins without putting in the effort, this probably isn’t the right place for you. There’s definitely a learning curve at the beginning, and you need to stay self motivated to succeed.

Pros

I think if you land on the right team, this is a decent operation. The base salary is decent for a similar role and the commission plan isn't complicated. Very straight forward

Cons

Training is a joke. Leadership is a joke. Benefits are a joke. Structure is a joke. Who your direct supervisor is will make or break the experience and unfortunately they have promoted people to "VP" roles that are severely unqualified to lead a blind man through a lit hallway, much less lead a team of sales people. I would proceed with extreme caution.
