Terrible - Technician Solvay Employee Review

-Management feels the need to control everything that supervisors do. Why even have supervisors if you aren't going to let them do their jobs. -Upper management supports terrible decisions by managers below them. -Okay for a married couple to work for each other and get away with things you'd think a company would never stand for. -Supervisors being pushed out of their positions for no reason at all. -Employees are made to feel bad when they not available to work weekends or over time.
