The global teams and mixed remote/in-person culture allows for both autonomy and collaboration across specialties. The company has big aspirations and provides interesting an complex opportunities for individuals looking to apply their talents to addressing big global challenges.

      Cons

      Working remotely full time can be isolating at times and sometimes decisions can get bogged down as a project works its way through all of the layers of authority.

      Great benefits overall when it comes to medical, 401k match and other benefits.

      Work load and the department has very high expectations for this job. It's almost like an account manager/ customer service roll.

      I have no pros that I can think of

      Cons

      I was actually let go in 2019. It would not let me scroll in the drop down for the year. I was let go after returning from short term disability. The only time I ever was on short term disability in 11 years. My lawyer told me I could sue and would more than likely win. I chose not to.
