      Good Pay and Decent Benefits

      Cons

      Union environment with a "good ol' boy" mentality. If you are not "one of the guys" the union will not help you. Management is poor and has a run product whether it is bad or not mentality

      I have no pros that I can think of

      Cons

      I was actually let go in 2019. It would not let me scroll in the drop down for the year. I was let go after returning from short term disability. The only time I ever was on short term disability in 11 years. My lawyer told me I could sue and would more than likely win. I chose not to.
