Pros
Team of smart, ethical people, trying to do the right thing and provide good value to customers. Very concerned about treating employees, customers, and vendors fairly. Higher management levels have occasional opportunity for overseas travel (company is headquartered in Brussels, Belgium).
Cons
As a mostly commodity-focused organization, they are rightly focused on keeping costs low, so not a lot of extra "perks" (however, 401K plan is pretty outstanding, especially for longer-term employees). There are many people who have been there for 10+ years, which indicates good employee loyalty, but can also mean somewhat reduced opportunity for advancement for new-ish hires.
