Pros

Reimburse for licensure and credentialing. Tier-based reimbursement for continuing education. Allows for some remote work. Diverse workplace environment and exciting clinical experience pending type of facility where your contract is located.

Cons

No clinical career ladder. Very low salary cap. No bonus or increase in pay based on how many KPI's or projects you complete annually.

Pros

My direct coworkers and other onsite employees are amazing and some of the nicest and most welcoming people I’ve ever met. The day to day responsibilities are enjoyable to work on most days. Company phone provided for work communications during work hours (you don’t have to take them home with you) Free meals on shifts worked (with restrictions) “Set schedule”

Cons

Work life balance is not great. You hire on for one position or schedule and then end up being required to perform job duties that are outside of your description on top of your daily responsibilities. Wages are really low. Unfair distribution of allotted overtime hours. Benefits are not good either. Insurance is really expensive for not great coverage. Maternity leave is only 6 weeks and only 60% of your pay covered by short term disability (that you pay for out of pocket until 2 years of service)
