Pros
Pays for some training and membership dues. Benefits are not bad & reasonably priced. Only good as a new dietitian job as they won’t let you think outside the box and follow current evidence based practice.
Cons
They hire incompetent managers. They will discriminate against you if you are a minority or disabled and try to cover it up (just search the web for cases). Management chooses their favorite employees and makes everyone else miserable. The pay & raises are below national standards and the amount of busy work needed to get a raise is unreasonable. They do not care about patient care but instead care about making money. The food they serve is gross and not healthy as it’s basically all processed. If you try to make suggestions for improvement they ignore you and will talk down to you. The HR department are incompetent and do not know policies & procedures that are easily looked up on the internal website.
