      Pros

      I honestly didn't find any 'pros' in this employment.

      Cons

      Complete lack of professionalism from start to finish. Senior management violated confidentiality with regards to health issues. They also hired management members who had no experience in managing employees, working in teams, or in the industry. It was by far the worst place I have ever worked.

      - Competitive or challenging to transfer or move up to another career in the company - very strict attendance policies - The company has been downsizing and laying off - Many changes in the last two years with staffing, system changes - Lack of transparency
