      Pros

      Large company and the cost of benefits is minimal, however, promotions are available if the game is plaid.

      Cons

      Ethical conduct at management level and above is passe. Unethical behavior flies out the window when honesty to clients is required. Prime example is the New York Education rebate fiasco. Managers do not move forward if they do not work within the span of covering us the financials shenanigans.

      My coworkers are the best

      Cons

      No pay raises because I’m relief dietitian even though I have been subjected to evaluations which have been good past three years which is frustrating because I give my all to my work and I get no other benefits like PTO. I feel ignored by Sodexo and wish I was a hospital employee again.
