Staff morale at all time low - Administration Sodexo Employee Review

After years of working in the same position new rules and policies seem to be a daily occurrence recently only making the working environment worse and impacting staff mental health so badly that people are having to speak to councillors and GP’s. The new uniform policy has made people feel targeted, ignored and undervalued but managements only response is if you don’t conform you will be disciplined. Never before has a uniform been necessary. Working in a mixed environment with military and civil servants this has taken away any diversity and inclusion and made us feel even less like part of a team. Flexible working such as TOIL is now being taken away, draconian rules and zero duty of care from management is having a negative impact on mental health throughout the team.
