      Pros

      Benefits, some good colleagues and that's about it.

      Cons

      The GM’s are a little club that decide everything. If you don't kiss their butts you won't move up you won't be liked and they will abuse you til you quit. They are all very inappropriate with female employees and also with non caucasian staff.

      Supportive coworkers and managers at some locations. Clear policies and structured procedures. Growth opportunities if you are reliable and flexible.

      Workload can be heavy when short-staffed. Schedules may change depending on site needs.
