      Strong and supportive team. Overall team is multi skilled with much experience. Good management, all members are considered opposed to a dictatorship. Great team building and strategy days/events with the department and platform.

      Cons

      No structured training plan/schedule Small department (very challenging during busy periods) Department not fully appreciated by other departments despite it's contributions/value.
