Now, with more opportunity to interact with customers, our Supervisors have a great earning potential offered to them. Due to this being a leadership role, we have high expectations for our supervisory team. Supervisors act as role models for our Rental Sales Agents and have the opportunity to train them and offer guidance. Above the Supervisors, Regional Sales Performance Managers and Branch Managers work closely to ensure that the team’s needs are met and recognition is provided.       It only takes one or two customer reviews to affect you negatively. Disproportionate to the number of customers you handle.

      Steady pay and hours but the work is busy some days.

      Depending on branch and setup you work outside and deal with weather in your locale.
