For a family-run business that promotes family and positive work culture, it is more like a broken home. Hire and fire culture is rampant. As of late there has been a strong sense of nepotism when it comes to new hires, especially in management roles. Every year boasts record sales, with no real rewards given to staff for aiding in those numbers. Staff just need to push to make the next year even better.
