We appreciate your honest feedback and are working towards improving the communication aspect both ways (Employee-Manager). A few of the things which you have highlighted on dependency are being addressed in a phased manner. Being a global organization it is essential we have acceptance all round and as a result, certain things could have been delayed in the past. However, we are looking into this carefully and resolving it in the long run.
On another note, we would like to let you know we imbibe a strong performance led culture. We have always been open to change and have promoted the best talent. We have at least had around 15% of the overall organization getting promoted for the good work. We also witnessed a few career transitions. Eg. Promoted a Scrum Master to Product Owner/Promoted SDET to SDE etc which ensures we value individual growth.
It is pleasing to hear on other positives and we would strive to do more for a better journey with us. Thank you once again!
