      Great benefits , paid training in Cali or Florida.

      Cons

      Pay is horrible for the amount of hours you put in,everybody, even upper management does what they want to & expect people to follow rules it’s not structured at all.

We have a performance based compensation plan and have quarterly surveys where we can address these issues and create plans of actions, as well as many other ways to deliver feedback to management.       It only takes one or two customer reviews to affect you negatively. Disproportionate to the number of customers you handle.

      Steady pay and hours but the work is busy some days.

      Cons

      Depending on branch and setup you work outside and deal with weather in your locale.
