Sixt Response
8yThank you for taking the time to review Sixt. We are glad to hear you like our commission based pay structure and were able to make some friends along the way! We designed our pay structure based on job analysis and job evaluation in order to reward our employees. We understand it can busy, especially during specific times and/or seasons, so management does deliver incentives such as pizza parties to make work a little more enjoyable with a free meal.
Our Base Plus Commission structure is used to motivate Rental Sales Agents towards higher performance goals. Opportunity for a high pay check is based off the sales performance of each individual. We aim to hire candidates who like to sell and get excited over commission based jobs. Sixt rent a car locations can get very eventful and demanding, which in turn can provide the perfect opportunity for more earning potential. We apologize you were unhappy with your schedule, however, during the hiring process we ensure each candidate can provide flexibility. Many of our locations are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Please note, Sixt is compliant with California Meal Premium legislation. Employees must submit their timecard for approval at the end of each week, where a disclaimer is shown to report any missed breaks due to work. It is up to each employee to contact payroll directly when they do not take a break.
It is unfortunate to hear you note managers request to report false information on our rental cars. Sixt does not condone fraud of any sort and knowledge of wrongful documentation can lead to job termination. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will further investigate this matter. We encourage you to contact our VP of HR, Gaddy Hernandez at 954-874-1793 to discuss your experience with Sixt.
