      Pros

      I like how we all care about each other and do stuff together when not working. You are working with your friends, which is awesome.

      Cons

      The middlemanager is not a good manager. He does not see opportunities and always give away responsibilities. And no career opportunities.

      It only takes one or two customer reviews to affect you negatively. Disproportionate to the number of customers you handle.

      Steady pay and hours but the work is busy some days.

      Cons

      Depending on branch and setup you work outside and deal with weather in your locale.
