After 6 months only, the management was an absolute nightmare and micromanaging a daily routine. There is no room for personal growth or creativity because if you dare to give your input, you will be squashed. The constant yelling and the psychological harassment have been used serval times. I have addressed this matter at the HR that the old-fashioned ineffective methods were no longer the right way to manage people. Things where changing for a couple of days and they kept coming back afterwards. No doubt in my mind that this is a Narcissistic Personality Disorder type of management because this type of managers value themselves by belittling others.
Nevertheless, if dismissing a narcissistic pervert helps restore harmony in the company in the short term, it is necessary to question the dynamics that allowed the toxic individual to climb the ladder in the company.
