      Very stable, good pay / benefits, room to advance. Hybrid work from home 2-3 days per week. Diverse

      Cons

      Not as cool as aerospace. No Parking. OK working environment. Need more engineers. Perpetually understaffed

      Pros

      Great company and coworkers. People are very nice and friendly and the CEC is a nice place to work and the role has flexible hours.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work to be done so there's a lot of stress that comes with the role. There are times where you will have to work over 40 hours a week. Seems like work-life balance is not prioritized.
